The Facility is 24/7 Access for members via fobs. If it is your first time, you should visit us during staffed hours of Mon-Fr 9-7, Sat 9-3 in order to get your fob set up!

The Full Swing Golf Simulator Supports up to 8 Golfers.
You may bring your own food and drink.
We are staffed Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-3pm at Keep Active Health & Wellness (4117 Plank Rd, Fredericksburg VA 22407).
